Cascade Housing Foundation is a community-based organization that provides housing assistance to chronically ill individuals who are experiencing poverty. Cascade partners with local government agencies, community organizations, housing providers, and professional property management companies to arrange for housing that best meet the needs of our clients. Our end goal is for clients to leave homelessness and find a permanent, safe place call home.
Who we serve
Cascade helps individuals and families living in poverty who are faced with serious chronic illnesses. Many have struggled with homelessness, substance abuse, and mental illness, for years.
Cascade connects people to the following:
Emergency housing for people experiencing homelessness.
Time-limited, transitional housing and supportive services for when individuals and families are making the transition to long-term housing.
Permanent, affordable housing.
